1. About us

These terms apply to readings ordered from Luminara Crystal. Luminara Crystal is run by a sole trader. Contact: ladyluminara@luminarareadings.com.

2. Entertainment only

All readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not experimentally proven. Lady Luminara is a character persona. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice, and we make no guarantee about accuracy or outcomes. Please don't make important decisions based only on a reading. If you are in crisis or worried about your health, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom or the United States. By ordering you confirm this is true.

4. The services and prices

• Written Reading: one question or topic, about 500–800 words, emailed within 12 hours of payment: $39 / £32.
• Pre-Recorded Video Reading: one question or topic, a 5–8 minute personal video sent via a private link within 24 hours of payment: $59 / £48.

Luminara Crystal is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery times start when payment is confirmed. If we can't meet a delivery time, we'll tell you and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.

5. How the contract is made

When you submit the order form you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment. We may decline any question we are not comfortable answering (for example about health diagnoses, legal matters, death, pregnancy outcomes, or third parties' private lives), in which case we'll refund you in full.

6. Your right to cancel

Our cancellation and refund rules, including the 14-day right to cancel and when it ends, are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your use of the reading

Your reading is for your personal use. Please don't resell or publish it. We keep the copyright in readings and videos.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and as described. Except where the law doesn't allow it, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy, email ladyluminara@luminarareadings.com and we'll aim to reply within 3 working days.

10. Law

For UK customers, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your part of the UK. For US customers, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.
